Scope

The tender covers the once-off supply and delivery of seven (7) floor polisher machines to the hospital premises. The scope encompasses full delivery, logistical handling, and compliance with public sector procurement regulations. Pricing must be firm, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), and cover all delivery costs to the specified destination. The contract does not extend beyond the initial supply unless incidental services or warranty obligations are triggered.

• Anti-Collusion & Cover-Quoting Prohibition: Strict penalties apply for bid-rigging, submitting multiple quotes under different entities for the same tender, or misrepresenting compliance data. Violations may trigger immediate disqualification and up to a ten-year restriction from public sector contracts.
