| Briefing Date Details: | A compulsory RFQ site meeting will be conducted at Transnet Engineering Germiston 03 Keswick Road on the 11 July 2025 at 10:00am for a period of ± 1 hour. [respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The site meeting will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of respondents arriving late. 1.1. Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site meeting/RFQ briefing. 1.2. Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [[email protected]]. this is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the site meeting. Site visit/walk will take place, tenderers are to note: • Tenderers and their employees, visitors, clients, and customers entering Transnet Offices, Depots, Workshops and Stores will have to undergo safety induction at the gate and are encouraged to arrive earlier. • Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes, goggles, long sleeve shirts, high visibility vests and hard hats. • Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk. • All forms of firearms are prohibited on Transnet properties and premises.
