| Briefing Date Details: | 2 Formal Briefing A compulsory pre-proposal site meeting will be conducted at TPT Pier 2 Civils workshop on the 25 January 2024, at 10am for a period of 30minutes. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section hereto must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory site meeting will be disqualified. 2.3 Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site meeting 2.4 Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [email protected] This is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session. |
