| Briefing Date Details: | A non-compulsory pre-proposal site meeting and RFQ briefing will be conducted at 1 Container Road, Foreshore, admin Building on the 07 October 2025, at 11:00 am for a period of ± 2 hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation] and fully dressed in PPE. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site meeting and/or RFQ briefing. 2.2 Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [email protected] . The primary objective of this tender is to secure a service provider for the industrial cleaning of equipment at Cape Town Terminals (CTCT and CTMPT) for a period of three (3) months. The aim is to ensure the effective and efficient cleaning of equipment to meet Transnet's operational standards and requirements.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of industrial cleaning services for equipment at Cape Town Terminals, specifically at CTCT and CTMPT. The services include cleaning of equipment as per the specifications and requirements outlined in the Schedule of Requirements and Work Orders.
