Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a vendor to print and install a series of high-impact graphics across various locations within Stellenbosch Municipality. The graphics include murals, posters, signage, and decorative elements designed to enhance the visual appeal and communication within municipal facilities, particularly libraries.
The scope encompasses the design, printing, and installation of diverse graphic styles such as murals, motivational posters, wall signs, and character art. Specific locations include main galleries, foyer walls, children's sections, adult sections, bathrooms, and other designated areas within municipal libraries. The project involves multiple mural sizes, wall vinyls, signage, and related materials, with detailed specifications for each item, including dimensions, styles, substrates, and installation requirements.
