Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply after-hours meals to Stellenbosch Municipal employees engaged in essential services during the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The service aims to ensure that employees working outside regular hours have access to suitable meals, supporting their operational needs during emergency and after-hours duties.
