CLARIFICATION MEETING: A compulsory clarification meeting will be held in the barrack room of the Traffic Department at 1 Joubert street, Stellenbosch at 11h00. (PM) on 23RD of March 2026 followed by a site inspection to the Traffic Chief, Deputy Chief and the DLTC offices

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. The primary objective of this tender is the replacement of floorings at the Traffic Chief, Deputy Chief, and DLTC offices within Stellenbosch Municipality. The project aims to upgrade and refurbish the specified office spaces by removing existing flooring and installing new flooring materials, ensuring improved working conditions and compliance with safety standards.
