• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993, and Construction Regulations 2014.
• Ability to produce detailed service reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Competence in risk management, safety file preparation, and adherence to hospital safety protocols.
