Objectives

The primary objective is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and deliver specified quantities of fuel to the Moganyaka Depot in accordance with the Sekhukhune District Municipality’s supply chain management policy.

Scope of Work

The contract entails the provision and delivery of petroleum products in 210-litre containers to the designated depot. The required quantities are:

• Five (5) drums of 50 PPM Diesel
• Two (2) drums of Unleaded 95 Petrol

Technical Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate the operational capacity to safely store, transport, and deliver fuel while complying with national health, safety, and environmental regulations. Deliveries must be made in intact, properly labelled containers. Awards will follow an 80/20 preferential points system: 80 points allocated to price competitiveness and 20 points to transformation goals, including historically disadvantaged individual ownership (12 points), female ownership above 50% (2 points), disability ownership above 50% (2 points), youth participation (2 points), and locality-based economic development (2 points).
