Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable contractor for the maintenance of general building works in state-owned buildings within the Queenstown area. The contract duration is 36 months, with an extension of the closing date to 26 November 2025 at 11:00.

Scope

The scope involves providing building maintenance services for state-owned buildings in the Queenstown area, including general building works as specified in the bid documents. The work is to be carried out over a period of 36 months, with potential extensions as per contractual terms.

Technical Requirements

• Bidder must possess a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3 GB or higher (including 3 GB*).
• Submission of bids must demonstrate substantive and administrative responsiveness.
• Evaluation will include functionality assessment, followed by scoring based on the PPPFA 80/20 principle.
• Bidder must comply with bid evaluation criteria, bid rules, functionality, objective criteria, risk assessment, and other conditions detailed in the bid documents.
• A compulsory site meeting is required, with attendance at the start and remaining for the entire duration.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in general building maintenance works.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory.
• Ability to meet the technical and administrative criteria specified in the bid documents.
• Effective project management and compliance with safety and quality standards.
