Objectives

To establish a pre-qualified panel of contractors capable of delivering stand-by generator infrastructure projects for the National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure over a fixed 36-month period.

Scope

Work will be allocated through individual project orders under a framework arrangement, requiring contractors to respond to departmental operational needs across various locations.

Technical Requirements

• Must hold a valid CIDB Contractor Grading Designation Certificate strictly limited to grades 4EB, 4EP, 5EB, or 5EP.
• Contractors with CIDB grading of 6 or higher are explicitly disqualified from consideration.
• All deliverables must comply with national public works standards for electrical building infrastructure.
• Bids must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% out of 100 during evaluation.
