Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure HPV Registers for Gamalakhe CHC to facilitate the collection and recording of HPV vaccine information and support HPV vaccination campaigns.

Scope

The scope includes the supply of various HPV-related registers and materials, such as:

• Human Papillomavirus Vaccination Register
• HPV Vaccination Cards
• HPV Register in different formats (e.g., A4, DL, A3)
• HPV Cards and Leaflets in multiple languages (English, isiZulu)

The items are to be delivered to Gamalakhe CHC, with specifications including size, material, printing details, and packaging as outlined in the annexed specifications.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the items include:

• Size: Various (e.g., 210mm x 891mm, 145mm x 312mm, folded as specified)
• Material: 60gsm white or coloured reacto paper, 200gsm gloss white board, 235gsm Kraft
• Printing: Black and full colour printing on both sides, with specific colour codes (pink, green, blue, white)
• Design: To be done by the printer, with pre-press approval
• Finishing: Collation, stapling, trimming, shrink-wrapping, and boxing
• Packaging: Packets of 500 units, shrink-wrapped and boxed for delivery
• Additional: Delivery to specified address, compliance with specified standards, and adherence to quality standards

Skills Requirements

Suppliers must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in printing and producing official health documentation and promotional materials
• Capability to design and produce materials as per specifications
• Ability to deliver quality products within the specified timeframe
• Compliance with health and safety standards, printing standards (SABS/SANS), and quality assurance processes
• Provision of samples for evaluation and approval prior to full production
• Knowledge of multilingual printing and packaging requirements
