The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified ICT service provider to investigate, diagnose, and resolve connectivity issues affecting access to the VPN and Finance System within the municipality's internal Wi-Fi network. The service provider will assess the existing wireless network environment, firewall configurations, VLANs, routing, DNS settings, and VPN configurations, and implement necessary corrective measures to ensure reliable and secure access for internal wireless users.
