Scope

The successful bidder must complete all site inspections, electrical testing, and certification processes within a strict delivery period of three weeks (fifteen working days) following contract award. Quotations must remain valid for ninety days. The procurement utilizes an 80/20 preference point evaluation system, allocating eighty points to competitive pricing and twenty points to specific socio-economic transformation goals, with full points reserved for enterprises owned entirely by Black Africans. All submissions must follow strict formatting, sealing, and deadline protocols; late or non-compliant bids will be automatically disqualified.

Technical Requirements

• Perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections of electrical circuits at each clinic.
