Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for a Practical Vocational Training School for Legal Practice, specifically to train one official in various legal practice areas. The training aims to be comprehensive, covering constitutional practice, legal ethics, court practices, dispute resolution, legal costs, drafting contracts, cyber law, and practice management, with accreditation by the Law Society of South Africa.

Scope

The scope includes the development and delivery of a 6-month accredited training course for one attendee, encompassing contact and online classes. The training content must be fully detailed, include company profile and accreditation information, and be supported by necessary documentation such as CSD registration, tax clearance, and sworn affidavits. The service provider must also provide course content, company profile, and accreditation details, along with all required forms and documentation.

Technical Requirements

• The course must be accredited by the Law Society of South Africa.
• Course content must be clearly indicated and comprehensive, covering specified legal practice areas.
• The training duration is 6 months with one attendee.
• Training can be contact-based and online.
• The quotation must include the company profile, accreditation certificates, and proof of registration (CSD, tax clearance, sworn affidavits).
• All documentation must be submitted on official forms, signed, and signed affidavits must be valid.
• The training must meet the specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference/Specifications document.
