Technical and Marketing Manager · Determine the appropriate span of control and clearly defines reporting lines · Conduct job evaluations for the above posts using the Paterson grading system. · The Job profiles should adhere to good practice and must be aligned to the OBP Mandate vision mission and organisational values. · Develop job profiles for the using our organisational structure inclusive of Key performance areas job requirement, job knowledge and job skills. · Develop and provide an electronic catalogue and library on all job profiles. · The Service provider will be on site for the duration of the project. The following resources will be provided to the successful service provider to enable the effective completion of the project. (Office space, internet access, Printer & annual performance plan. · The successful bidder must be able to work offsite and have access to MS Teams in the event of office closure or availability of stakeholders.
