Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for the Junior Council's first formal sitting and debate scheduled for 26 June 2026. Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of catering services for the Junior Council event, including tea and lunch on 26 June 2026.
• Delivery of catering services at the Council Chambers in Kimberley.
• Provision of a catering certificate of acceptability (COA) to ensure compliance.
• Adherence to specified delivery timelines and event schedules.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements encompass:

• Provision of catering for approximately 100 attendees, including tea at 10:00 and lunch at 13:30.
• Serving a Mince Pattie in a plastic bag for lunch.
• Submission of valid catering certificates of acceptability (COA).
• Pricing to be valid for at least 30 days from the closing date.
• Prices must include VAT and all delivery costs to the municipal stores.
• Completion of the pricing schedule with detailed item descriptions and total amounts.
