Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver gardening maintenance services at Dannhauser Magistrate Court for a period of 36 months. The service aims to ensure the upkeep and proper management of the court's gardens and surrounding areas throughout the contract duration.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of gardening and maintenance services at Dannhauser Magistrate Court for 36 months.
• Supply and delivery of gardening consumables such as petrol, oils, refuse bags, and other materials.
• Provision of gardening equipment on a once-off basis, including brush cutters, wheelbarrows, hoses, spades, and other tools.
• Labor costs covering salaries, wages, allowances, and statutory contributions for workers involved in the maintenance activities.
• Adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during service delivery.
• Compliance with contractual, legal, and statutory requirements related to gardening services.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to perform gardening maintenance effectively.
• Use of approved, functional, and safe gardening tools and machinery.
• Adherence to the specifications outlined in the tender documents, including quality standards for consumables and equipment.
• Implementation of health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safety signage.
