Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified service provider to carry out repairs, maintenance, and servicing of generators for various clients within Kimberley and surrounding areas, under a 3-month contract.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of repairs, maintenance, and servicing of generators at multiple client sites in Kimberley and surrounding areas.
• Execution of work over a 3-month period.
• Adherence to technical specifications, safety, and quality standards as outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements encompass:

• Experience in similar generator repair and maintenance projects spanning 5 to 10 years.
• Compliance with CIDB grading of at least 1EB or higher.
• Provision of a detailed work program and cash flow forecast within 14 days of contract commencement.
• Use of qualified personnel, including artisans and assistants, with appropriate skills and experience.
• Provision of necessary tools, equipment, and materials as per specifications.
• Adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Completion of work within specified timeframes, with provisions for extensions due to delays.
• Proper reporting of incidents and compliance with confidentiality and security protocols.

Skills Requirements
