Scope

The scope includes the supply of various labels and packaging materials for:

• 100 ml sterile diluent bottles
• 50 ml sterile diluent bottles
• 2.5 ml sterile diluent bottles
• Freeze-dried Rift Valley Fever (RVF) live vaccine bottles

Specifications cover label dimensions, color requirements, print process, packing, and certification standards. The scope also encompasses the provision of Certificates of Conformance, adherence to storage conditions, and compliance with regulatory and quality assurance processes.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify detailed label characteristics, including:

• Dimensions (height, width, thickness)
• Color specifications using Pantone references
• Print process: ABG Cutt + Varnish
• Die-cutting and roll orientation (right or left edge leading)
• Quantity per roll (e.g., 3000 or 5000 labels)
• Packing and labeling standards, including sample attachments and Certificates of Conformance
• Storage temperature requirements (e.g., 2°C – 8°C)
• Specific design features such as company identification, batch details, and storage instructions

Additional specifications include the need for uncut draw sheets for approval, shrink-wrapping, and adherence to quality standards as outlined in supplier specification documents.

Skills Requirements
