Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to secure a service provider for the renewal of the biometric system licenses for a duration of 12 months. The aim is to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the biometric systems, including setup, integration, support, and maintenance, to support the municipality’s service delivery and operational needs.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of license renewal for the biometric system for 12 months.
• Supply of time and attendance licenses and software for up to 700 employees, including modules such as payroll export, leave, job costing, remote clocking, reconfiguration, training, and support.
• Daily backup of the system.
• Setup of integration between the biometric system and SAGE300 payroll system.
• Modification of user licenses as needed (additions or cancellations).
• Provision of support and reconfiguration services during the license period.
• Attaching valid reseller/partner certificates of Jarrison Systems.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the service provider must:

• Be an authorized partner or reseller of Jarrison Systems, with valid certification attached.
• Supply and install the Jarrison Time Software supporting up to 700 employees, with specified modules.
• Perform system reconfiguration, training, and support for 12 months.
• Ensure daily backup of the biometric system data.
• Set up integration between the biometric system and SAGE300 payroll system.
• Modify user licenses as necessary, including additions and cancellations.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Authorized partnership or reseller status with Jarrison Systems, evidenced by a valid partner certificate.
• Technical expertise in biometric system installation, configuration, and integration with payroll systems.
• Capability to provide ongoing support, training, and system reconfiguration over the 12-month license period.
• Experience in system backup procedures and data security.
• Ability to modify user licenses dynamically as per operational needs.
