Bidders are required to quote a single grand total for all items. The design specification for Item B corresponds to a picture available at the SCM Acquisition office in Gqeberha. Tender responses must be submitted exclusively via the online tender portal; fax submissions will not be accepted.

Technical Requirements

• Design Fidelity: Item B must exactly match the design shown in the reference picture provided at the SCM Acquisition office in Gqeberha.
• Samples: Samples may be requested from bidders after the tender closing date. If requested, samples must be provided within three (3) working days or an alternative timeframe agreed upon by the buyer. Failure to provide samples within the stipulated time may invalidate the submission.
• Price Validity: All tender prices must remain valid for a minimum period of thirty (30) days from the date of the tender.
• Submission Format: All responses must be completed and submitted online through the designated portal.
