Tender Description: Complete visual inspection of the instrument, including the chamber, condenser, shelves, refrigeration system, vacuum system, and electrical components. Inspection of refrigeration compressors, condensers, fans, piping, and refrigerant pressures. Inspection of the vacuum pump and vacuum lines for leaks, contamination, and proper operation. Inspection and replacement (where necessary) of door seals, O-rings, gaskets, filters, and other wear components. Cleaning of the condenser, chamber, shelves, drain system, and accessible internal components. Verification of shelf movement, stoppering mechanism, hydraulic system (if fitted), and door locking mechanism. Inspection of all safety interlocks, alarms, emergency stop, and pressure relief devices. Calibration and verification of: Shelf temperature sensors, Product temperature probes, Condenser temperature sensor, Chamber pressure/vacuum sensor (Capacitance Manometer/Pirani gauge). Verification of refrigeration performance and condenser pull-down temperature. Vacuum leak-rate test and verification of ultimate vacuum performance. Functional testing of: Refrigeration system, Vacuum system, Shelf heating and cooling, Defrost cycle, Stoppering system (where applicable), Automatic control sequences. Review and verification of SMARTÂ â?? control software operation, controller settings, alarms, and data acquisition functions. Inspection of electrical connections, wiring, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and power supply. Lubrication of moving mechanical components where applicable.

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to perform maintenance, calibration, and verification of the LyoStar™ 3 Freeze Dryer. The aim is to ensure the equipment remains operational, accurate, and compliant with relevant standards through scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
