Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure two units of the MagMAX™ Pathogen RNA/DNA Kit, designed for the extraction and purification of pathogen DNA and RNA samples. The procurement aims to support high-throughput molecular diagnostic applications such as real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR), and standard PCR, utilizing compatible equipment like the KingFisher™ Flex and MagMAX™ Express series.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply of 2 units of MagMAX™ Pathogen RNA/DNA Kits (X2), each capable of processing 480 preps in 96-well plate formats.
• The kits must be suitable for isolating pathogen DNA/RNA, viral DNA/RNA, and other biological samples such as swabs, bacteria, cell cultures, fluids, tissues, and blood.
