Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a major service involving Infra-Red Testing on the main power supply at clinics, specifically targeting the main power supply systems to ensure safety, energy efficiency, and electrical integrity.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Conducting infrared scans of main distribution boards and electrical connections at various clinics and facilities.
• Capturing infrared images to identify heat variations, hot connections, and potential faults.
• Providing detailed reports with photographic evidence of any faults detected.
• Issuing Certificates of Compliance (COC) for the inspected facilities.
• Performing repairs or estimating repair costs for faults identified during inspections.
• Ensuring all work is completed within specified contract periods (generally one week per clinic).

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Use of infrared cameras capable of high-quality heat visualization and full-color display of thermal images.
• Inspection of all main distribution boards and associated electrical infrastructure at designated clinics.
• Provision of comprehensive reports with color photographs for each faulty distribution board.
• Issuance of Certificates of Compliance upon completion of work.
• Adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• All rates quoted must be inclusive of transport, labor, and profit.

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must possess:

• Qualified electrical or technical personnel experienced in infrared thermography and electrical inspections.
• Certified infrared camera operators with proven competency in thermal imaging.
• Ability to produce detailed technical reports with photographic evidence.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance procedures.
• Capability to perform repairs or provide repair estimates based on infrared findings.
• Experience in working within healthcare or similar sensitive environments, ensuring minimal disruption.
