Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a renewal of the ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Cloud Analytics License for a period of twelve months. The aim is to upgrade the existing analytics module to enhance management and operational reporting capabilities across the ICT service delivery streams at uShaka Marine World.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of licensing for ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Cloud Analytics module renewal for twelve months.
• Upgrade of the current analytics module to support comprehensive management and operational reports.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The solution must be compatible with the existing ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Cloud platform used by uShaka Marine World.
• The analytics module must support management and operational reporting across various ICT service streams.
• Suppliers must provide valid licensing and ensure the upgrade aligns with the current system specifications.
• All deliverables must meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents, including compliance with procurement and technical standards.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Registration and good standing with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and relevant accreditation as a reseller of ManageEngine products.
• Technical expertise in managing and upgrading ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Cloud modules, particularly analytics and reporting functionalities.
• Ability to provide technical support and documentation related to the license renewal and system upgrade.
• Compliance with administrative and tax requirements, including tax clearance and SARS registration.
• Experience in delivering similar ITSM solutions and upgrades within the public or private sector.
