The MBDA, an NMBM entity requires services of a qualified engineer or engineering technologist to provide engineering services at the Victim Support Centre and the Youth Centre in Helenvale, Ward 32. 

A COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY 27 JANUARY 2026 AT 09:00 AT THE MBDA OFFICES, TRAMWAYS BUILDING, CNR LOWER VALLEY ROAD AND SOUTH UNION, CENTRAL, GQEBERHA, 6001, BIDDERS MUST ENSURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME.

3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4
4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.
