The primary objective of this tender is to source ICT services from a qualified service provider to support MBDA's operations across multiple sites, including Tramways Building, Stadium, and STC. The services aim to ensure business continuity on a short-term basis while enabling the MBDA to appoint a long-term provider. The scope includes provisioning of broadband, PBX support, wireless connectivity, SIP voice channels, and technical support, with the possibility of renewal up to twelve months.

The contract duration is three months with an option to extend monthly up to twelve months. Additional ICT services not listed will require formal quotes and purchase orders prior to commencement.
