Scope

The procurement encompasses a one-off supply of ten (10) measuring shakers. All deliveries must be made directly to Greys Hospital in Pietermaritzburg, with delivery costs fully included in the quoted price. The evaluation follows a strict four-stage process: administrative compliance, specification adherence, sample submission (for top-scoring bidders), and final scoring based on price and preferential procurement points. Late submissions, incomplete documentation, or non-compliant products will result in immediate disqualification.
