Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure medical and surgical supplies for the Amajuba District Office, ensuring the availability of essential medical equipment and consumables to support healthcare services. • Krammer wire splints (short and long)
• Gloves (various sizes and risk levels)
• IV cannulas (24G)
• Bandages (SOS3, SOS5, Flannelette)
• Humidifier bottles
• Cervical collars (small size)
• Venturi masks (40% Paeds and Adults)
• Non-rebreathing masks (Paeds and Adults)

The procurement covers both initial supply and subsequent delivery, with a contract period specified as once-off, and includes compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that all supplied items must:

• Conform to the detailed specifications attached in the tender documents, including size, colour, material, and functionality.
• Meet the relevant quality standards such as SABS and ASTM where applicable.
• Be manufactured from medical-grade, latex-free materials.
• Be individually packed, sterile where necessary, and clinically clean.
