Scope

• Pressure gauges for outlet point gas pressure measurement on bed head units
• Heyer probes (SANS 1409) with flow restrictors for contact testing
• Hoses (anti-static, flexible, 6mm, 5m length) in individual color codes for oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, and vacuum

The procurement covers the supply, technical compliance, and delivery of these items to the hospital's maintenance department, with specific emphasis on quality standards and technical specifications.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Pressure gauges suitable for measuring outlet point gas pressures for oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, and vacuum
• Heyer probes (SANS 1409 compliant) with 6mm barb and flow restrictor ball for contact measurement
• Flexible, anti-static medical hoses (6mm diameter, 5m length) in color-coded variants for each gas type
