Administrative compliance is enforced across five peremptory evaluation stages; failure at any stage results in immediate disqualification. Delayed deliveries incur financial penalties calculated at the current prime interest rate per day. The procuring entity reserves the right to terminate contracts for default, impose restriction penalties of up to ten years for fraudulent or corrupt practices, and reject non-compliant quotations without obligation to award.
