• Proof of locality (current lease agreement or property owner affidavit) to qualify for municipal preference points.
• Fixed pricing submitted in the official schedule, inclusive of VAT where applicable, with no post-submission modifications permitted.
• Electronic submission exclusively through the municipality’s designated e-procurement platform before the closing deadline. Incomplete, late, or non-compliant submissions will be automatically disqualified.
