Objectives

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of structural engineering services related to accessibility for people with disabilities at Boshoek SAPS.
• Completion of the project at the specified site (Boshoek SAPS, Site 810).
• Adherence to the project timeline, with a closing date of 28 August 2026 at 11:00.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The bid will be evaluated based on functionality, which will be scored out of 100 points.
• Bidders must obtain a minimum score of 0% (if applicable) to qualify for further evaluation.
• The award will be made to the highest scoring acceptable tender.
• Points will be allocated for:
• Price, calculated according to the PPPFA regulations (2017, regulations 6(1) or 7(1), and regulation 10).
• Preference, based on B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor (PPPFA regulations 6(2) or 7(2), and regulation 10).
