Objectives

To procure a competent service provider capable of delivering consistent, compliant, and efficient maintenance, servicing, and repair services for a generator set located in Area 1D, ensuring uninterrupted operational readiness throughout the five-month contract period.

Scope of Work

The contract covers comprehensive support for the designated genset within Area 1D. This includes routine preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, fault diagnosis, corrective repairs, and performance validation. All work must be performed on-site over a fixed term of five months, with all interventions documented, verified, and accepted by the procuring authority.

Technical Requirements

• Strict adherence to manufacturer guidelines and industry-standard maintenance protocols for genset systems.
• Provision of all specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, spare parts, lubricants, and consumables necessary for service delivery.
• Development and execution of a structured maintenance schedule aligned with operational demands and regulatory standards.
• Submission of detailed service reports, fault logs, test results, and completion certificates for every intervention.
• Full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation during all field activities.

Skills Requirements

• Certified technicians with proven expertise in diesel engine mechanics, alternator systems, and electrical control panels.
• Competency in predictive diagnostics, preventive maintenance programming, and rapid troubleshooting under pressure.
• Valid trade qualifications, vocational certificates, or recognized industry credentials in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong project coordination and reporting capabilities to ensure minimal downtime and strict adherence to the five-month timeline.
