• Relocation of beneficiaries

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements encompass:

• Adherence to health and safety legislation, including risk assessment and management plans
• Implementation of safe work procedures and mitigation strategies for identified risks
• Proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials such as asbestos
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Safe operation of machinery and mobile plants
• Control of electrical installations and tools to prevent electrocution and electrical hazards
• Management of excavation and groundworks to prevent accidents
