• Bidder's Disclosure (SBD 4): The SBD 4 form must be completed, declaring any relationships with state employees, interests in other enterprises, and confirming no collusive bidding practices. Bidders listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified.
• B-BBEE Status: To claim preference points, a valid B-BBEE certificate is required. Points are allocated for specific goals, including at least 51% black ownership (10 points), at least 30% women ownership (8 points), and disability status (2 points).
