Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of delivering a comprehensive Niagara 4 Technical Certification Training course. The training aims to equip a delegate with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Niagara N4 systems, culminating in the attainment of official Niagara N4 certification.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Delivery of a 5-day instructor-led training course based on the official Tridium Niagara N4 curriculum.
• Provision of all training materials, manuals, and access to lab environments or virtual machines for practical exercises.
• Training to be conducted in a classroom setting facilitated by a qualified and Tridium-certified instructor.
• Outcome: The delegate will gain the necessary skills to configure, commission, manage, and troubleshoot Niagara N4 systems professionally.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the training include:

• Delivery of a comprehensive theoretical and practical program aligned with the official Niagara N4 curriculum.
• Hands-on practical exercises using official Niagara N4 tools, software, and laboratory environments.
• Provision of all necessary training materials, manuals, and access to lab environments or virtual machines for the full duration of the course.
• Training must be instructor-led and delivered in a classroom environment.
• The trainer must be qualified and certified by Tridium.

Skills Requirements

The service provider and trainer must possess:
