Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a 12-month license renewal for the ManageEngine End Point Central as part of the on-premise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution for uShaka Marine World. The aim is to ensure continued management, discovery, licensing, contact, and asset management of devices within the network, maintaining the software as the approved administration tool for the entity.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Renewal of ManageEngine End Point Central licenses for 12 months.
• Provision of licenses for AD360 and Service Desk modules.
• Integration of the system with the service desk platform.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications specify that:

• The bidder must be a ManageEngine reseller with platinum partner status, supported by valid certification or letter issued within the last 12 months.
• The solution must support device discovery, management, licensing, and asset tracking within the network.
• Integration with the existing service desk system is required.
• The software must be compatible with the current infrastructure and meet the entity’s administrative and operational standards.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder should possess:

• Certified ManageEngine reseller status, preferably platinum partner.
• Experience in managing and renewing enterprise software licenses, specifically ManageEngine products.
• Technical expertise in system integration, particularly with service desk platforms.
• Ability to provide ongoing technical support and ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Knowledge of the entity’s network environment and administrative procedures.
