Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure two (2) high-quality orthopedic bone cutters for surgical use at Ngwelezana Hospital. Scope

The scope covers a one-off supply of two orthopedic bone cutters. Delivery must be completed within fifteen (15) working days of contract award to the specified hospital facility. Quotations remain valid for ninety (90) days. The contract evaluates bids using an 80/20 preferential procurement model, allocating eighty percent of evaluation points to price and twenty percent to designated socio-economic goals. All supplied items must be brand new, unused, and possess a minimum remaining shelf life of six months upon delivery.

Suppliers must also possess administrative proficiency to navigate public sector procurement frameworks, including accurate completion of mandatory returnable documents, preference point claims, and anti-collusion declarations.
