Skills & Supplier Requirements

• Proven commercial track record in supplying pharmaceutical or laboratory-grade cold storage equipment within the past four years
• Ability to compile and submit comprehensive technical dossiers, compliance certificates, and product imagery
• Familiarity with South African public procurement processes, including accurate completion of Standard Bid Document (SBD) forms and preference point claim structures
• Capacity to provide valid BBBEE certificates demonstrating historically disadvantaged ownership thresholds (≥51% black ownership, ≥30% women ownership, or verified disability status)
• Understanding of electronic record-keeping standards and data integrity protocols for regulated industries
• Adherence to strict submission protocols, including registration on the procuring entity’s procurement portal and compliance with general contract conditions
