Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver PHC headcount registers and a Health and Safety Act chart as specified in the procurement documents. Scope

The delivery location is St Apollinaris Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, with the delivery to be made once-off to the designated security tender box. The procurement also covers compliance with relevant standards and specifications, including quality and durability standards.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of 25 units of PHC headcount registers matching the attached sample picture, manufactured by enterprises from KwaZulu-Natal province.
• Supply of 30 laminated Health and Safety Act charts (size 1m x 60cm, portrait), with durable material, font sizes 36 (bold) for headings and 14 for text, in both isiZulu and English, suitable for harsh environments.
• All items must meet the specified quality standards, including SABS/SANS approval, and be compliant with the detailed specifications provided.
• Items must be delivered within the specified timeframe, with proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Suppliers must provide samples if requested and ensure all documentation, including certificates of compliance, are submitted.
