Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure photocopy papers (A3 size) and other related items for Ladysmith Hospital under the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of quality office supplies to support hospital administrative and operational functions.

Scope

The scope includes the supply of photocopy papers (A3 size) and additional items such as office desk punchers, giant staplers, laminating pouches, staples, and other stationery items as specified. The procurement covers a once-off purchase with a validity period of 90 days from the date of advertisement, with delivery to the specified hospital address in Ladysmith.

Technical Requirements

• Photocopy papers must be A3 size, 80 GSM, white, and conform to specified standards.
• Items such as office desk punchers, giant staplers, laminating pouches (A3 size, 150 micron), and staples must meet the detailed specifications provided in the annexed forms.
• All products must be SABS or SANS approved where applicable.
• Suppliers must provide samples if required and ensure products comply with the detailed specifications.
• Delivery must be made to 36 Malcolm Road, Ladysmith Hospital, in sealed quote boxes during specified hours.
• Quotes must be submitted on official forms and within the stipulated deadline to be considered.

Skills Requirements
