Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a professional photographer to provide photography services for the Long Service Awards Ceremony scheduled for 28 August 2026. The photographer will be responsible for capturing key moments during the event, including group photographs and award handovers, ensuring high-quality images are delivered in a timely manner.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Providing professional photography coverage of the Long Service Awards Ceremony at Tierkloof Auditorium, Vredenburg.
• Indoor event coverage for approximately 2 hours, from 10:00 to 12:00 on 28 August 2026.
• Capturing group photographs, award handovers, and other relevant moments.
• Delivering final electronically edited images within 7 days of the event.
• Using only professional photography equipment and lighting; cell phone cameras and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Provision of professional event photography equipment and lighting.
• Capture high-resolution images suitable for official use and documentation.
• Delivery of final edited images in electronic format within 7 days post-event.
• Adherence to the specified event date and venue.
• Use of appropriate lighting and camera equipment to ensure quality images.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in professional event photography, preferably in formal or official ceremonies.
• Ability to operate professional photography equipment and lighting systems.
