A COMPULSORY SITE BRIEFING MEETING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON 7th of October 2025 @ 09h00.am at NO.2 INDUSTRIA CRESCENT, STANGER, SCM OFFICE. NO LATE SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SITE BRIEFING MEETING. ONLY THOSE SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO PROVIDE A RECEIPT PROVING PRIOR PAYMENT AND A DOCUMENT WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
Closed Quotes shall be stapled and placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “PLEASE ATTEND TO LOAD RUST, REMOVE AND REPLACE ENTIRE FLOOR BOARD WITH 5MM PLATE ON ISUZU NPR 400 – KDM 269 and must be placed in the Closed Quote Box at the SCM Unit, No.2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on the 10th of October 2025 where all quotes will be opened in public. Late, electronic or faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
The primary objective of this tender is to attend to load rust issues on the Isuzu NPR 400 vehicle, remove the existing floor board, and replace it with a new 5mm steel plate to ensure safety and compliance.
