Scope

The contract covers the supply of 500 units in total, divided equally among five distinct laundry chemical products (100 units each). All items are supplied in 25-litre containers or 25-kilogram bags. Deliveries must be made directly to the hospital’s designated receiving point within the agreed timeframe. The quotation remains valid for 90 days, and all prices must be firm. Goods must be brand new, unused, and possess a minimum shelf-life of six months from the date of delivery. Expired, second-hand, or non-compliant products are strictly excluded.
