The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable and accredited supplier to provide Cisco Unified Communications Licenses and Hardware to the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture for a period of one (1) year. The aim is to ensure continuity of the existing Cisco system, support departmental growth, and avoid compatibility issues and additional costs associated with replacing the current infrastructure.
