Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure promotional backpacks for the Blouberg Municipality, specifically backpacks suitable for conference use, featuring the municipal logo and conference theme. Scope

The scope of the tender includes the supply of two types of backpacks:

• 15.6 Inch Laptop Backpack in black, padded with adjustable shoulder straps, printed with the municipal logo and conference details.
• Eco-trendy, lightweight backpack with a padded notebook compartment, also printed with the municipal logo and conference theme.

The procurement covers the quantity requirements, quality specifications, and branding details as specified in the quotation table.

Technical Requirements

• Backpacks must be of specified sizes and features (e.g., padded compartments, adjustable straps).
• Printed municipal logo centrally on each backpack, along with conference details and theme.
• Compliance with quality standards suitable for promotional use.
• Provision of all required documentation, including CSD report, tax clearance, and relevant registration numbers.
