Objectives

Scope

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, including safety, electrical, plumbing, and building codes.
• Use of approved materials and equipment, such as SABS-approved tiles, glass, paints, and electrical components.
• Proper installation and maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, doors, glazing, ceilings, partitioning, and flooring as specified.
• Execution of repairs to cracks, mortar joints, painted surfaces, timber, masonry, steel, and other building elements according to detailed specifications.
• Installation of safety and security features, including doors, locks, and weatherproofing.
• Adherence to safety standards and occupational health and safety regulations during all activities.
• Provision of guarantees, warranties, and maintenance periods as specified.

Skills Requirements

The tender requires bidders to possess:
