Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and deliver an Autodesk Fusion 360 license to SANSA's facility in Hermanus, Western Cape, to support their space science and technology programs. The project aims to ensure SANSA has access to the necessary software tools for its operations and projects related to space activities.

Scope

The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of a single-user Autodesk Fusion 360 cloud-based license with a 3-year subscription period. The license is intended for use at SANSA's Hermanus facility, and the provider must ensure timely delivery and proper licensing as specified in the RFQ.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of one Autodesk Fusion 360 cloud commercial license for a single user.
• The license must be a new, 3-year subscription.
• Delivery to SANSA's Hermanus location.
• The supplier must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of compliance and valid tax status.
• The quotation must include a detailed cost breakdown, including VAT and any other applicable costs.
• All documentation submitted must be signed and compliant with SANSA's procurement policies.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Reputable service provider with proven experience in supplying Autodesk licenses or similar software solutions.
• Capability to deliver the license within the specified timeline after purchase order issuance.
• Ability to provide supporting documentation such as CSD registration, BBBEE certificates or sworn affidavits, and proof of ownership for specific goals (e.g., black ownership, black women ownership, black youth ownership).
• Compliance with South African procurement legislation and policies, including transparency, accountability, and ethical standards.
• Capacity to support SANSA’s transformation objectives under the B-BBEE framework.
• Availability to participate in evaluation processes, including potential presentations or site visits if required.
